Evaluation of the stage of works, establishment of corrections for the activities which are not included in the graphic of execution and the update of the working plan
Identification of the potential additional works and the presentation of recommendations with respect to the terms of execution and the budget allocated to these
Quality control
Insurance that the process of production follows the execution plans and the specifications. It shall be checked up if the works performed by the General Supplier are in accordance with the project of execution, the specifications, as well as with other documents of the contract. The purpose of all these is to check up the quality of works performed and to propose solutions so as the additional costs are eliminated with the improvement of some works, the delays generated by the performance of these works are eliminated and during the mantenant period are also eliminated other works of reparations and afferent costs.
Post-construction
Supervision of the construction during the warranty period
